We tested this method during pandemic and it worked great! Even I connected with athletes from other countries. Alsowe connect with my warsaw club and their athletes and coach from Italy – to improve trainings. And it works great! 🙂
How it looks like?
You need mobile phone and wireless earbuds.
We are connecting by video (whatsapp/messenger/zoom). You need to put your mobile phone so I could watch you all while you train. Also you can use help of another person who will be with you and hold camera.
And then it works the same as during live meeting. I’m looking on you all the time, showing you exercises and correct you.
